Owner's Profile

Mr. Glenn Sheridan is the owner of GDS Consulting and for the past 40 years advised and provided business solutions in the areas of government and private sector business operations, administration, organizational management and development. Mr. Sheridan has provided analysis and advice to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of the business.

Mr. Sheridan is also a subject matter expert in the analysis and evaluation of business opportunities encompassing program/project planning, development, and execution. He ensures the appropriate level of effort and personnel are assigned to address and respond in a timely manner. Mr. Sheridan provides industry standard skills and techniques to effectively accomplish the desired project execution, outcomes, business goals and objectives.

GDS prides itself in guiding its clients through a successful change management, thus, the assigned consultants can be retained onsite to assist in the implementation of the adopted recommendations.
